I think I have herpes but some things happened that are making me confused

hi, I believe I have herpes this is my first "outbreak" and there is about 8 blisters... I recently became sexually active with someone that was the biggest person I have been with so big that I was ripped on both sides of me, after the first time i had a 3 bumps but nothing serious during our second time I told him it hurt really bad but I could continue after seeing I was ripped I figured that was what was causing so much pain and since then which has been a week I have endured a lot of pain and a lot more bumps, I am swollen too. If this herpes is this something to feel like my life is over? how should I manage and feel! will anyone ever want to be with me again? i am only 18 and I am trying to think positive and not let myself down about it only bc I know this will kill me inside. should I be ashamed?

Get it looked at and swabbed for herpes asap for the most accurate results and timely treatment. Are they definitely blisters or just sores? Could be a lesser infection. Next time, don't proceed if it feels that painful and you are tearing. Also, use lube. I can't think of anything more unpleasant than getting torn up for the sake of sex! Not worth it, ever.

I am on my way to planned parent hood right now. As I was cleaning myself today I realized that the pain was coming from the swollen area which has increased in size and has started to hurt worse. When I first started having pain I realized it was a lot of pressure so much pressure it made my lower back and right under my "butt" hurt as well, but since the swelling as increased it is not pressure anymore, mind you the pain level isn't what is bothering me, it is the consistency of the pain, it never stop. I have tried putting frozen water bottle on it, I have put pain relief neosporn and it doesn't seem to you, I am getting to my wits end and afraid it is never going to clear up. I did not mention I do have staph infection in my blood, as well as have extremely sensitive skin I am allergic a lot of stuff and tend to get infected quickly.

That's good that you're going to PP now, because something isn't right, whether it's herpes or a general infection from the tearing. Make sure you express your fears about herpes, so that they hopefully swab you. For pain relief, consider oral ibuprofen or paracetamol, or topical lidocaine.
