yes very sore
it looks like a classical herpes outbreak to me, i would go to the doctor so they can swab you and you can be put on medication so you wont have outbreaks and so you wont spread it to future sex partners. people live normal lives with herpes and its nothing to be ashamed of. if you need to talk always feel free to message me!
