This is my distress story;
On Sunday I had oral sex with a woman I now suspect gave me an STI. 1st day after I started experiencing bloating and abdominal discomfort. Tue I developed chills and mild headache and by the day’s end malaise. 3rd day the malaise continued with additional body weakness and fatigue, this is when I noticed I had bluish greyish swelling on my urethral meatus just inside and itching all over the body especially my groin. The bloating had subsided yesterday but chest and joint pain ensued with a slight congestion I also noticed swollen lymph nodes and testicle though no pain. I went to go tested as I had enough of feeling this way and wanted answers. I explained the symptoms to doctor so she run a couple of tests. namely hiv, urinalysis and a check for syphilis. they didn’t check the culture coz they did not have the facilities. every thing came back negative that is hiv and syphilis but they did find infection in the urine. I was given ciprofloxacin, omeprzole and fungal medication.She advised me to return for evaluation in case the medication does not work or I develop blisters and sores. Though since starting taking the medication ave experienced relief from chest and urinating pain, Headache and chills. The malaise and body weakness remain and itching comes and goes, plus ave noticed discolouration of the tip. Please I need to know which test to take to confirm or disprove my suspicion.
