I have been feeling very sore downstairs very sensitive been looking at it and checking some symptoms and and Posthitis came up was looking at the pictures on the internet and few pictures have the same similarities as my penis been checking for creams and E45 dermatitis cream came up as solution it will do what it was the edges off my foreskin is rough when touching so it will sooth the roughness. Was wondering will it heal the sore red cuts it looks red raw and painful any information would be helpful

I’m not sure if you have started using the E45? My suggestion would be that the E45 would not be able to deal with the cuts and severe inflammation that you currently have.
I would start by thinking about everything that is currently in contact with your penis, even soap and shower gel can be a source of further inflammation when your penile skin is severely irritated like this. Then, are you applying anything else, at all?
So, essential 1 is no soap, shower gel or other forms of body wash are to come into contact with your penile skin - I would also aim not to apply any creams at all to your penis and see if this helps the skin to begin to recover.
