It's being going on for years. When I was younger I would have a simple pain in my abdomen and I would get panic attacks because I thought that something was wrong with my health. It's not like that today, I got a little bit over it but I'm still overreacting most of the times when I am experiencing any kind of weird pain and I don't know what to do,I feel stupid sometimes but I can't help it. Should I talk with someone about that?
Seeing a doctor could really help you I think. Try and get an appointment and see what happens!
Can't hurt to try some counselling or CBT with a therapist. I've been there, so it's completely normal don't worry. I found "Help me, i'm a hypochondriac" by Philip Martins to be really useful and relatable in me assessing my own symptoms. It's a cheap book on amazon and written from someone who suffered health anxieties rather than from a doctor or therapist...i've tried books like that, they can get too jargon heavy. Good luck x
