So i have been dealing with BV all my life and im only 22...ts rough for me and i thought I was alone until I found this wonderful blog...i found i so many helpful tips on here...so finally i may have have something here...i finally got a great doctor and she understood what i was going through and i didn't feel alone sooo here it is... Yeast Arrest vitamins you can get them at a whole foods store also MetroGel-Vaginal is a prescription i was prescribed...i will try these things out and i will do a update to this for you ladys...

i did the update to the metro gel not much luck so i will start trying the yeast arrest vitiamins...but i have another dose for 5 more nights but you can read the blog i wrote about the update.
