This though came to my head and I became very anxious and kinda depressed.... I can't change the thought! How can I change the THOUGHT? The thought was.. what if I'm 45, and still living with my mama at her house? That scared me so much! Trying to relax, but very little success... I should've studied More! I should've prepared more! What if I dont like my Job? What if I get bored of my JOB? Those are the thoughts I get... and this just happened, out of nowhere!
Actually this is a pretty simple fix. Think about that for as much as you can nonstop. The more you fight it the more it will come back to you. The more you except it the more you will forget about it and get bored with that thought.
Do up a plan to get around that thought so it doesn’t become a reality. Thinking about it won’t change the situation.
Plenty of people don’t study well and do fine. They just take a different path.
What do you need to do so what you fear doesn’t become a reality? It’s a lot of work on your part.
You are able to avoid things like that happening if you don't want them to. who says living with parents has to be a bad thing, I love being around family.
