I think im bleeding internally !! why did i search up

today and yesterday , i felt as if blood was taken away from or a feeling of entering into “shock” feeling idk it was scary it went away and that comes the next morning , as in just feeling sleepy and i dont know . i just dont know .

my appetite is been bad . no cravings at all and than i notice ,this little red spots came on my skin and i googled that . ofcourse that search lead to , internal bleeding .

i dont know ! HELP!!!

The only time I’ve ever heard of people bleeding internally was me (ulcerative colitis) and my cousin who had stomach ulcers and was bleeding through his stool, also.
Those red dots are called something petechiae - tiny red dots,right?
