I have not had sex or any intercourse for 1 year and 4 months and im single

all of a sudden past 4 days i noticed i had these spots or warts i dont know what they are on my bum not anywhere near my anus but at the very top. what could it be?
ive booked a doctors appointment but just anxious

The picture is very blurred, but these look like warts.

I’m going to comment again, while it could be condyloma acuminata indicating genital warts, it could also be condyloma lata indicating syphilis.
