I'm on Fluoxtiene 20mg and have been taking them for 2 weeks (I was taking them before for 4 months and never had any eating problems). before I started them I was eating 3 full man portions and wouldn't be full and now after taking them I get full after 5 chicken nuggets and I don't get hungry at all, I try to force myself to eat for survival but I don't know what to do?
Im like that if I don't take my medication
I've been taking the same dose of Prozac but I've been stopped and started it several times. You have to give it time. It took 1-2 months for the meds to fully kick in, at which point I began eating normally. But during that 1-2 month period I couldn't really eat at all or would eat only in the evenings. Point is, it takes what seems like forever for the medication to work and bring your appetite to normal levels. So just wait it out and if you feel full after 5 chicken nuggets, then that's all you need I guess 
Is It effecting your digestive system? Ask the doc who gave you the meds.
