I've had an ear infection for a few months and I haven't been able to go to a doctor because most of the time they are free and I don't have money or a car. I tried getting rid of it with applying hydride peroxide three times a day and some random ear infection oil I got off Amazon. I thought it went away because most the itching and crust went away. But now the crust is kinda coming back and there's dark spots in my ear that i never had and around like the lobe and I don't want to seem dumb , but I'm scared my ear will fall off. The dark spots kinda in my pov look like a scab after it healed , but there was no scabs on my ear and i know it looks worse than what I see. Does anyone know what it is? I can't take pics
