24, Female, 5"5, 70kg, White British, No consistent illnesses, no medication except for the contraceptive pill. Hello, Today I'm looking for some advice because I'm very worried about my girlfriend. Apologies for being graphic in this post. The other day my girlfriend told me she was worried because she could feel significant swelling in her private area and she wanted me to have a look. From what I could see, her urethra is very swollen. So swollen that it looks like a thick tube. There is also swelling on the lips of the vagina and she has complained about itching. In the past she has had a urinal infection twice. These both happened once when we first got to together, and after a period of us being apart for a few months. Obviously we have quite a lot of sex. I feel like these facts are not a coincidence. She does complain about sex hurting quite often. Her skin does looks discoloured. She just no longer glows and her skin feels clammy. Her hair is falling out. Every since we met she has consistently complained about headaches, stomach aches and feeling sick. She works 40 hour weeks in a hot kitchen all day. She eats very little no matter how much I tell to eat properly and look after herself. She gets regular checks She doesn't drink alcohol very often. Overall I'm just really worried about her and would appreciate any advice anyone could give so that I can look after her better. I just think she's very sensitive to getting ill, which could be due to a weak immnue system.

Thank you for caring. She needs to get to a doctor. Forget the sex for now. You have to get her better. No matter if she does not want to go she needs to. That is the best you can do for her.
