i have noticed that i have smegma even though i wash my penis with the foreskin retracted once a day with soap i havent been able to dry the tip before lputting my shorts on because when i do there is no lubrication and im unable to pull the foreskin back on as it gets bery dry
Everyone’s built a little different but one is certain - you can do more harm than good by using soap on your inner foreskin and the head. Get a rash or some inflamation. What i guess is bothering you is the water that stays on the bellend makes then the 'smegma you’re talking about. What would be better is cleaning just with water and after the shower drying it in a fresh towel and then pulling the foreskin to the natural place. I know leaving the the soap can make you feel smelly but right now you’re overcleaning it so after a week or two youll be better. I was after letting go of soaps. And if you live in a hot and humid area well there’s no magic cure, thats nature, cleanse twice or more a day.

You could be over washing, most smegma will rub off with water.
After washing, leave your cock damp as that will help you pull the foreskin forward to cover the glands. How much will depend on your length. You could always stretch your foreskin if you want it longer, but this takes months.
