so latley ive gotten an extra 20 pounds on me and im vegan im 150 poundsds i use to be 130 like six months ago
and i dont know why it added the extra weight on but i try everything to get the belly fat off i try work outs and eating healthy and nothing seems to ever work and km not sure how much longer i can take not being able to love myself and be comfortable
so if anyone has any advice please give me some because im so lost right now ![]()
hey im not vegan or vegy but have pretty much cut out meat whilst losing weight as hard as it was also pasta and bread are nightmares any excess calories are turned straight to fat and stored
still ate rice found the frozen packets good as its one portion otherwise if you make from the packet you tend to make more and over eat. also the 5 bean tinned salads are great to have in the cubourd if your struggling loads of protien 300 cal and make you feel full . i know its not the norm but i found the later i started eating the less i ate too and i stopped eating after 6pm
just a couple of tips that really worked for me hope it helps a little
