Hi i am a 16 yeras old girl an i sufer from anxiety.Since a month i fear tha i have a health problem such as brain tumor.Everything started a month ago when i have sinusitis and i have brain fog.Now everything is good. I have done my blood test and everything is fine. But i can't stop thinking about it.Two weeks ago i saw a floater in my right eye and after this i started worrying more. I went to ophthalmologist and after an eye test he said that everything is normal. He told me that i can see this floater for a day, a week, a year or all my life and it's not dangerous. But it is embedded in my mind that this floater is related with any serious helthy problem.I don't have headaches or other problems such as seizures, dizzines, vomitting or nausea. I'm very good but i still to worry about it.I suffer from anxiety and stress, because this school year was difficult for me. I have too panic attacks.Sometimes i feel better, for example i forget everything when i am with my friend, but just i start thinking about happy thing i feel bad again. I don't know what to do. Please help me! Can you give me any advice?
well with health anxiety we can think we have anything and everything, we often goto the worst possible thing! all i can say is see a dr and ask for some therapy before things get too ingrained
Consider counselling it may help

and be happy in a way - a month is not at all a long time to have issues, if you deal wtith them now you might well improve very quickly
When i was about a year older than you i got sinusitis and thought i had a brain tumour! I remember getting pains and a funny head with it and walking from a warm room to the cold made my head swam! I think the worry and stress can bring these things on like sinnitis, floaters are pretty common and if you have had all the eye tests then everything is fine, these tests would pick up any problems. I too suffered panic attacks, if we are stressed and worried it can bring these things on, there is a thing called talking therapies which your doctor could refer youbtoo to help change the way you think about things. Try not to worry it will pass xx
Please go and talk this over with your doctor - not because I think there's anything wrong with you, but you clearly have severe anxiety problems. Your doctor can reassure you, refer you for therapy and might give you medication to help you to be calmer.
If it aint one thing its another. You have all the information and assurance you need to enjoy life, let your worrries be for problems with solutions not invasive tests and drastic measures
Reassurance !!!!!!!???
