I have a red spots on penis glans .i don't have any itching, paining while urinating....its appear only when in erection...im really afraid about this....pls help me...what is this....

Hello, your glans look extremely healthy to say the least. Those bumps may be contributed to moisture. As a circumcised man when I get too much moisture or the wrong kind of moisture( lube, saliva creams etc) it can have this same exact appearance. I would say to wash your penis with water only NEVER USE SOAP ON YOUR PENIS AS IT CAN CAUSE TEARING, INFECTIONS BECAUSE IT DRAINS YOUR GENITALS OF GOOD BACTERIA AND NATURAL OILS THAT PREVENT INFECTION.
In short: wash with water only, let drip dry and then let your foreskin cover your glans(head) this usually helps me. Good luck!

I checked the doctor about my situation he said i have a candida balanitis and he gave me candida gel and fluconazole dispersible tablet 50 mg for 14 days :sob::sob:
