I've Been Extremely Dizzy For A Year And No One Knows What's Wrong With Me

As the title says, I have been extremely dizzy for over a year now. When I started working at my current job last year, these feelings started maybe a week later if starting the job. It wasn't as extreme as it is now. It would go away for awhile and then it'll come back stronger. My symptoms never change. I never had an accident or anything. I'm accident prone, but nothing too bad where it'll cause this. I get extreme dizziness, severe amount of pressure on the front of my forehead, I can feel my heartbeat pounding throughout my body (especially my forehead and chest), horrible headaches/migraines, loud sounds bother me, nauseous feeling, choking feeling, shortness of breath, extreme wet mouth (sometimes dry at night), feel like I'm having fevers (my body gets really hot all over), my hands (finger) shake, I feel confused and lost allot, I can't sleep (normally don't go to bed until after 2a.m), mind racing with a million thoughts, and I feel down allot like I'm depressed. I've been to my doctor more than I can count. And they did my blood work but nothing came back detecting what could be the problem. They even sent me to get a CT scan on my head, and everything came back normal. I know it has to be something wrong with me. This has been going on too long. Please can someone tell me something.

Have you seen an ENT? Maybe its vertigo. Vertigo can be caused by an inner ear problem. I have pulstile tinnitus in my right ear.
