I've been feeling lightheaded and weak for a week now, could it be Menieres related?

Since last week I haven't been feeling well. It's all my head, and this happens often. Its hard to justify being "sick" and missing so much work without the classic signs of sickness. I feel lightheaded, weak, dizzy if I get out of bed for too long, and have awful headaches that come and go. I was diagnosed with Menieres a few days ago, and am wondering if this feeling is related. Anyone have thoughts?

Forgot to mention that the day before I really started feeling bad I got the worst ear pressure/fullness and tinnitus I've ever experienced. I did have a small attack of vertigo yesterday as well.

Hello Trisha, symptoms of Menieres tend to be severe vertigo, vomiting/nausea, tinnitus. Has your condition been diagnosed by a ENT Specialist?

Keep reading this forum...we all experience different bouts of anythign form fullness/ tinitus, dizzies, vertigo, feeling sof just not being clear in the head etc....everyone is different, somethign usually triggers an attack...too much salt, sugar , caffeine etc...typically once diagnosed you may be put on a diuretic to adjust the fluid in the ear.  Do all of the research you can and good luck...

My original post wasn't clear, I apologize. I have been diagnosed recently, but have had symptoms for quite some time. Its not a question of whether I have MD. I'm questioning if this "sickness" I'm currently feeling is related. Ive had the vertigo attacks but those don't last like this, or feel quite like this. I guess I'm wondering if my symptoms are changing. I'm new to this

So sorry for your diagnoses but I wish the options about UPPER chiropractic care had been available when I was fist diagnosed ! Dr Burcon is on Facebook and you can read his research as well as communicat with you to get help! His bellied and rwsearsh shows all the Meniers patients he has treated had at some point a whip lash injury that has set the head off its axis ! The care is to correct injury! Please read and communicate with him!

I shall definitely look into this.

Thanks
