My question is have many found this to be usefull? The fibro seems to be acting up over the last few days and I am wondering if it's just due to the cold weather we're having or that I should go back to the gp?
I found it very useful at a very low dose when I was first diagnosed -it made all the difference to me . It will help in the areas around sleep . This will allow you to repair as most people with FM can not get into restorative sleep . It is part of the tool kit not the whole cure . Very best of luck . Bx
I've found it very helpful - I struggle to sleep without it. My pain is always worse when its cold so it could be the weather but won't hurt to see the GP just in case.
Thanks Brenda and Anne. I called the GP and I am now on 30 mg per night. I have seen from other posts that there are many people who are on this and seem to take way more than I do so feel a bit better about it all. I am still learning what I can get away with with my body and what I can't without paying for it later. I have found that I can no longer do zumba which I loved and feel sad that it's gone. I have put about a stone on as a result which is also something I am not very happy about. These may seem trivial to some but I have always been slim fit and healthy so it's hard to take. I am going to try Yoga and see if that helps me get back on track. Thank you again for taking the time to reply. xox
