Hi, this look like an ingrown hair. If you have rashes, you might do folliculitis. very common and nothing to worry about.

thank you so much for help, can you tell me if the white discharge is normal or not. I have irritated that area quite alot because of being paranoid. If you could help, it would be really helpful.
