Im a 19 year old male. Last time I was sexually active was October 2019. Noticed this around December. I’ve been so anxious ever since and I finally found this website, looking for somebody’s help. I don’t get burning while peeing and the cluster of spots doesnt really hurt or is painful in anyway. I’ve been able to masturbate normally again without any pain. No itchiness around the spots. The cluster hasnt gone away since I first noticed it. I dont have the money to get an std check so Im looking for anyones help, PLEASE HELP ME! I have attached pics below

You have molluscum contagiosum, a viral STD. Ideally you and your partner/s should get checked for other STDs. There is no urgency to treating molluscum and in many cases they clear spontaneously.
Most people, however, would opt to get them treated. Go to you local drugstore or pharmacist and ask if they stock molluscum treatment, usually 10% potassium hydroxide solution.
