I've been struggling to go to work after my two day off. I feel anxious even when I'm at home.

I can't focus on the things that I wanna do during the off-time. I'm short tempered and I dont wanna look at my phone when i'm at home. Only watching movies or doing something that is not relevant to work can make me feel better. I had panic attack a couple days ago. Is it because I'm lazy and hopeless? Is there any cure for that? Am I done?

panic attacks have nothing to do with being lazy or hopeless. They come out of nowhere and it’s not your fault. It often does indicate an underlying anxiety about something in your life. there is also a genetic component to anxiety and panic.
You are not hopeless because there’s always hope. there’s nothing wrong with relaxing and not wanting to look at your phone. I think most people spend too much time doing that anyway which can increase anxiety. Nothing wrong with watching movies to help you feel better. We all need a break from the routine of life at times.
I haven’t heard of 100% cure from anxiety and panic however it can be managed to where you can live your life comfortably.
Have you ever considered speaking with a counselor? They can be very helpful. they can also help you figure out what is causing your anxiety and find a way to deal with it.

Hi there!
What you are feeling sounds hard, so I’m sorry to hear that.
Anxiety and depression can manifest in many ways. A lack of focus is common, being short tempered may indicate stress. Not looking at your phone isn’t necessarily indicative of a problem, but could show avoidance behaviour, this is seen with anxiety. If your phone is causing you anxiety because you receive notifications about work etc, then this would make sense.
Distracting yourself is a good coping method, and if you find this helps then you should continue doing this. I would recommend seeing your GP so can discuss other ways in which you can help cope with anxiety, maybe some CBT or psychotherapy. It might be worth having a private and open discussion with your employer. You may be surprised to find that a lot of employers are understanding of mental health, especially when it comes to performance.
You are not lazy or hopeless. Anxiety can be crippling, as can depression.
There are many tools available to help battle anxiety and depression, you should discuss these with your doctor. But I will say one thing, you are definitely not done. There is a huge amount of support available if you request it. You have many options ahead of you
I hope this helps or reassures you in some way.
I wish you all the best,
Joshua
