Hi there is no easy fix for anxiety.I would suggest plenty of time for you.Also a visit to your health shop,rescue remedy might be a good way together with kalms.Lavender oil in a burner Also try Reflexology very good for stress.I have had anxiety since childhood.I hope this helps.regards Amanda .
