I've been suffering with anxiety for a year now, it was triggered by a massive argument with friends and a sickness bug the following year triggered bad thoughts that I would be sick all the time. I go to a CAMSH but it doesn't help a lot to get over it as I still find it hard to go out without panicking, any advice?

Familarize yourself with cbt. Theres an managing anxiety with cbt for dummies on the audio in the itunes. It is very heloful. They also have counselors who can help you. Healthy anxiety is a part of anxiety and oanic attacks and it will take your whole body and mind to manage these thiught, but it is possible.
