I've been using dettol soap on my glans to clean it due to which i can see light black patch or spots beside pee hole and on the glans what should i do??? Please help

So can you specify: you started using the D soap first - then got the patch or spots? Or you already had the spots / patch and that is why you started using the soap - which way round was it?
Clear photos are often critically helpful if you can provide them

Try using a mild soap twice or thrice a week to clean your penis.

Baby soaps are a good option.
