I've been trying to discontinue masturbation like multiple times, but failed. What do I do?

So masturbation is something, I have been trying to discontinue like multiple times, but failed miserably every single time. I convince myself not to do it and its highly motivational at day 1, but as i approach day 4 5 or maybe a week, it creates a sense of instability within my mind. I start feeling uncomfortable and can't focus on anything, all the time it keeps my mind occupied and forces me to do it to move out of this heavy mind. I have tried it so many times and failed every single time. Please tell me how to quit it.

Why is it that you want to stop masturbating?

It takes up a lot of my energy. I felt super energetic for the seven days i didn’t masturbate. I just have a lot of heavy duty things in my everyday schedule it messes up with all of those.

Our hormones can be quite powerful , they push us to reproduce/ejaculate or masturbate , once you come and your testicles are empty your hormones will reset and day after day they will get more and more urging and hard to ignore. I see it beneficial to just do it to calm down , relax and when you get older the only way your body produces HGH and testosterone is sex and sport.
Masturbation is a problem only if you do it every day or several times a day but if you do it every 4,5 days or longer is only beneficial , I cannot go more than 5 days without sex or I’ll go crazy but I understand that every body is different.
Your description shows that your hormones are strong and you should probably follow nature at least once a week.
