I've been unexplainay sick for 3 years w/o answers!

I have been suffering from weird symptoms since 2011.. A few months after the birth of my daughter. My symptoms include; hypoglycemia, tachycardia & cardiac pvc's, dizziness (occasional extreme vertigo) & balance issues with fullness in ears (mostly left side). Sometimes I feel shaky & dizzy but my sugars are normal. My bp typically runs 115/68(or close to that) obviously I've seen many doctors & have had a slue of tests with no answers. I've had full cardiac work up with 3 echos, 2 stress tests, 3 holter monitors & related blood work. I've seen a gastro & had upper endoscope & GB removal last year. I had basic workup with an endocrinologist & have switched my primary doc twice. I have no answers other than diagnosis of Reactive Hypoglycemia... Which has improved & my low sugars are pretty stable in the 80's since giving birth in April 2016. My tachycardia is a lot better since going gluten free leading me to believe i have celiac or gluten sensitivity.

Anyone ever have these symptoms & get a dx other than ANXIETY. Everyone wants to put me on Antidepressants & Xanax... When in reality I'm neither of the two. Just tired of feeling like crap! Any ideas of what to ask for? I'm 26 years old.

I'm considering possible meniere's disease. Any other ideas?? The dizzy attacks are killing me.

Is the vertigo spinnning or in a straight line?  Have you had an audiogram?  Are the vertigo episodes isolated and how frequent are they?  Do you have hearing loss?  Do you have ringing in your ears?

Hello and thank you for the reply.

My vertigo attacks have become more frequent since giving birth 2 months ago. Even while sitting, I sometimes feel as though I will drop my daughter due to an "off balance" feeling. The only way to explain it is to say that I feel like I'm swaying at times. Others I actually feel like I have been spun around really quickly (kind of like is done to hit a Piñata). Sometimes it'll happen quickly & stop.. Others it lasts an hour or so. Some days it is intermittant, but is usually worse in the morning& gets better during the day. I've noticed the past two days I have had a mild virus & my ears feel extremely full & I am off balance. My tachycardia was diagnosed as Inappropriate Sinus Tachycardia of unknown cause. Which answers no questions! I've not had an audiogram& that I am aware of have no hearing loss. I do ocasionally have slight tinnitus & "swooshing" in my ears.my ears also pop fromtiime to time for no apparent reason..but, I've not (yet) vomitted or had to lay down due to my vertigo attacks.

The emphasis so far on your work-up has been away from your ears, and so I am assuming that you have not seen an ENT doctor.  Even though you do not perceive hearing loss, you need to have an audiogram and caloric tests.  I am between Meniere's Disease or Vestibular Migraine, more likely the latter, and these two tests will help differentiate between the two.
