do you guys know anything about the redness/irritation I’m getting underneath? and what about those little bumps? they’re rough, but they are not in a large group so it cant be anything serious i hope?
Little bumps are Fordyce Spots or Sebaceous Glands. The redness could be linked to what the skin is in regular contract with, and this could be a soap or a shower gel, for example - check whether you recently changed from the regular soap, shower gel, or sometimes, this could even be the washing powder / treatment you wash your clothes, particularly underclothes or / and sports shorts, in.
There could even be a combination of the two factors: the Glans / Spots - and something else the upper levels of your lower penile skin is in contact with.

You do not get rid of them, they are a natural part of the make up of the penis - the amount to which they are visible varies considerably from one individual to another.
Some men have then far more prominent than you, other barely or not usually visible.
In time they may fade, if you are under 36 YOA, you may get more that develop, become more prominent, or may fade to being much less visible - it is all an individual thing.
So yes, redness and dry skin go hand-in-hand - often the redness is due to something that is causing irritation to the skin and this is resulting in what you see.
