I've epilepsy and have been prescribed steroid ear drops, can I take them?

so I just got my ear syringed and were given Betnesol -N Ear Drops. Is it safe to take these drops as they have steroids in it ?

You obviously know the warnings about steroid ear drops and epilepsy. If you are in UK do check with your doctor.
