The tingling begins in my lower pelvis region then spreads to legs and arms. Almost immediately thereafter, I experience an extreme hot flash. It goes away in about 1-2 minutes. This happens at least once an hour. Anyone else have a similar experience? My doctor says it's symptomatic to perimenopause so I haven't been too concerned, but it's just such a nuisance.
Elaine, me too have the same thing every time I get hot I tingle all over so your not on your own, how long you been going through it.

For months now. It's exhausting because it wakes me up almost every hour of the night. How often does it happen to you in a day?
It's the strangest sensation!
Oh I get it often in the day..it's my nerves that trying keep me up at night it's shame we don't have a timing to tell us when it will settle down.
