So I've been blood and urine tested for STDs and nothing came back but they didn't culture these bumps when I went and I was wondering if it could be herpes or what?
it hasn't really itched for as long as I've had them but today it itches a little and it really has me stressed and worried

I would says at least 6 months.
I was tested in the summer time and I came back clean they didn’t dismissed it as like an ingrown hair but it was at a college facility so i don’t necessarily trust their judgement

ok well its not herpes because herpes will not stay that long it usually clears up with in 2 weeks

well you should follow up with your doctor on that and make sure. i’d get tested for it anyway if i were you

is there any over the counter stuff I could get to cure it?
not that im aware of no it is contagious and spread by skin to skin contact u should see a doctor to confirm that it is wat it is they can prescribe things to help clear it but the treatments can be quite harsh it normally clears itself within 12/18 months u should avoid close skin to skin contact whilst u have it and not share towels it can live on surfaces for up to a couple of hours so bed sheets towels clothing etc
