I've had these pale bumps on the tip of penis

I have had these patches of bumps for about 6 months, I haven't been sexually active prior to this and there is no pain or discharge. It started as just a small dot at the top of my urethra but spread to this then hasn't changed since. They become white when wet like in the shower.

Hi Josh. You should have it checked with your doctor. are you circumcised? Are there two little patches on the frenulum?
It could be lichen sclerosus or lichen Planus so it’s important to get diagnosed properly and treated.

yes the patches are there and 2 on the tip. thanks for the info I will get a diagnosis from a doctor.

Yeah I thought that you were uncircumcised alright. it’s important you have it checked it looks to be quite early LS hopefully some steroid cream will control it for you.
