I first noticed it around 14 when i started masturbating. They're really small and cluster in an area on my penis shaft. It doesn't itch but it won't go away. I know it's not an std cos I've never had sex and I'm in my 20s now. Lately one half of my penis shaft has changed color and the skin becomes really dry from time to time.

It is hard to say what it is and what it is cause by without a picture. I think they may be Fordyce Spot and the color change is just a pigment change

For dry skin use some coconut oil. Wash with warm water only

Thank you for the picture. It is hard to say what you have it may be some kind of rash from inside your body or something you have been eating or using. I do see a few Fordyce Spots. Which are nothing they are cause by hair follicle.

The change in color will happen to some men. It is just the pigments in the skin. If they don’t bother you don’t worry about it. Just live your life…
