I’ve never seen anything like this before. Genital herpes or bad yeast infection?

My apologies for the graphic pictures but that’s what I’m dealing with currently.

Backstory: I’ve had the same sexual partner for 6 months and we always use condom, every single time. Around 5 days after our last time having sex I started to feel sore pain but didn’t think any of it. On day 6 it got worse and I decided to investigate in the shower, after putting my glasses on and taking picture I almost passed out in the shower. What on earth is that??? It’s been 4 days since I’ve found out and I’m waiting for my appointment in 2 days to get it checked. But such blisters makes my every day life awful. Any advice what counter medicine/home remedies would help me to function somewhat better till my appointment?

Epsom salt bath, lidocaine ointment, lysine, warm water when you pee. Drink at least 32-64oz of water a day if not 128oz it will help dilute your urine. stay away from food high in arginine like chocolate. Boost your immune system with foods rich in vitamin c, b12, and A. Try to get on antivirals asap that will help the best. There are websites that sell antivirals for an affordable cost. Wisp com is a great place to look. You also may wear loose fitting clothes or skirts kr dresses when you have a sever outbreak like this. wash gently and if you can stand it after the shower use witch hazel and pat the sore with it. this will help dry out the sores allowing them to heal faster
