Suffered with anxiety for over 30 yrs. Been on numerous meds over the years. My symptoms are fatigue headaches neck pain shaking inside feels like my skin is burning and feel like I am swaying when I walk. I was in Cbt for a year but never got anything out of it. Worried its not anxiety.....all tests were neg.

When on CBT did they help you to approach and understand your problems, in my case I was told to address the problems I had and look for ways of addressing them.
Neck pain does sound like Anxiety tightening up the neck muscles, this will give headaches referred from the areas of your neck.
Your skin and a burning problem, I have that problem my skin becomes irritated because of my Ps. However I would advise you talk with your GP regards the skin problem, it can be Anxiety or skin irritation caused by various things. If your GP is happy with His diagnosis you could try skin creams like E45 to cool and moisturise, this can be cool the skin or try Aquatious Cream both purchased over counter at a chemist.

Thanks Bob for your advice. But being on meds......should they help? I do have periods of relief but other times no relief. Do you really feel in your opinion this is anxiety......somedays I have my doubts.

All I can suggest is from various experiences, the only person who knows you and your condition is your GP. I have problems with my neck when stressed and in my case it can attack the jaw muscles. I manipulate my neck by rotating the neck and it seems to help.
With your skin, again discuss the problem, if it is anxiety cooling the skin and feeling fresh will help you feel more relaxed.
E45 cream is used by some women as a base. That is how I look at that.
The main factor with Anxiety is to feel something is helping you and you help you help your mood. It may be a dermatologist would advise
Merry Christmas
