So tired of being alone, all my life, nobody has ever wanted me, has ever genuinely loved me, not even my family.
I hope I die. I hope I just don’t wake up.

Leadfrost, please do not think that. You have anxiety and depression.
When I had depression, I thought the same as you even I have a family and kid. I was depression because my anxiety got worse and I thought there was no way out.
You should talk to a counselor. I wish your doctor gives you some benzodiazepines to help you with anxiety for now.
Hi
Please dont say that there is always somebody that cares about you and with help you can care about yourself . Go to your doctor get the help you need i have been there and it seems very dark and alone at times but there is a light at the end of the tunnel .You can get over this and start enjoying life can i ask if you are on medication
I can say with certainty that you are loved because i know ONE who loves u so much HE died for you! JESUS is His name! GOD has many thoughts toward you and they are thoughts of love and compassion. His heart is toward you! Your name is engraved on His hands! How special is that! Hang in there… i have had anxiety and depression also. its painful and lonely. i care!
i’m sorry you’re feeling that way.
you have special qualities and talents that you may not have discovered yet.
there are people who need you although you may not realize it right now.
you need to be a fighter for yourself. It doesn’t matter how many friends you do or don’t have or even how many family members.
tell yourself on a daily basis that you are a special human being, that you are loving, grateful, needed, and WORTHY oF a great life!!
You are your own best friend. and God put you here for a reason .
you need support right now to find out what the reason is.
Do you have access to a counselor? If not, many communities offer free or very low cost counseling to get you started.
you can even go to a local church because they have many resources they can provide you with.!!
i Felt exactly like you for a very long time until I decided I had enough of feeling down in the dumps., and always feeling sorry for myself. That got me nowhere at all. I decided to fight this!
I started counseling, listen to positive self affirmations on YouTube, started exercising and one thing that really helped a lot was when I helped other people it made me feel so happy inside and I forgot what was troubling me.
i thank your first step would be to get some counseling! possibly some anti-depressant medication.
They can direct you with your next steps but start there first! Wake up every morning with a grateful attitude, no matter how you feel, and thank God for just being alive . take short walks and look at nature, and smile even if you don’t feel like it.
here it’s a phone number if you live in the states in case you need to talk to someone immediately. It is completely confidential.

Thank you. Your words help a little. I appreciate them.
I just need to quit drinking and manage my anxiety better. I just don’t know how to do that.
I have a phobia about medication. The VA has prescribed me some stuff, but I’m scared to take them.
I just feel panicked all the time. The only relief I get is when I’m drunk. But then I hate myself for drinking so much.![]()
