I was in a bad accident a year ago. It resulted in t 11 and 12 injuries. broken collarbone in sternum, and the loss of three fingers left hand. I still have work to do on back. The issue i have now is the surgery on collarbone. Just had cat scans done on collarbone 2 weeks ago the doctor has suggested removing a piece of the rib trimming the collarbone taking a piece of my pelvis and trying to fuse these together. He also has given this a 6 out of 10 chance of success. At the present time the collarbone rubs rib when shoulder is moved. I can also wiggle bone with fingers to free it up when it gets stuck. this surgery has me worried and i would appreciate any input from others.
