someone fingered my anus without my consent 9 days ago it was very rough with multiple fingers and no lubrication trying to stretch me out and performed oral sex on me then left me alone before anything else happened.
Ever since that day I've been having problems with going to the bathroom since it burns and it hurts.
I'm pretty sure one is an anal fissure but I'm not sure of what the rest could be.
I never had dealt with something like this or suffered from infections or anything of that sort.
6 days after my encounter I got a fever and very bad body pain that same day the skin around my anus started to burn even more.
I'm sorry to disturb anyone with this or the pictures but I am truly scared and I don't know what to do or who to talk to.
Someone please help me.

I am so sorry you had to go through this first I would like to say I hope you have taken action against this man. I highly suggest you find someone to talk to to help you through such a traumatic experience. You really need to see a doctor.
You definitely do have a anal fissure to help with going to the bathroom get some miralax and drink plenty of water. It also looks like you might have a hemmeroid where the fissure is could have been caused by the trauma. You could possibly have a candida infection it’s a yeast infection of a certain type. It can in some cases cause fever and chills also sores. It does look like you shaved recently which the yeast could have infected the follicles. I can’t really see what is going on in the one you circled if you have any better pictures I could help with that.

I was more talking about someone who you can talk about this horrible experience that can help you get through this I promise from experience you will feel better with someone who you can trust and work through this with. If you can go to the authorities please do regardless if they believe you or not they have to take a report it is their job and responsibility. If you are not taken seriously you can push until they do but it is ultimately up to you how far you want to go. Please see a doctor as soon as you can.
yes it looks like it but the beat way to tell is have the sores swabbed soon as possible before they heal its the only way to detect HSV 1 or 2
I spoke to my friend about it, we are going to try go get tested Monday
the burning sensation and the redness went down from those two parts after my friend told me to try cortizone with aloe vera

That is good news I’m glad have someone to talk to. It’s a little hard to tell but I’m pretty sure what you are talking about in the picture are called fordyce and are very normal It’s sebaceous oil glands. They can appear around your lips, vagina and around male genitals. I’m concerned about your fissure and the sores but I suspect and hope it’s a bad yeast infection.
I hope so I’m scared that it might be herpes like the other person said. Once I get tested and get my results I will update

I spoke to my doctor and he ordered some test but today that I got home I saw some blood when I checked I saw this
the parts that I circled feel very thick and rough.

They look like forcyde spots to me. It looks so inflamed I think you definitely have a yeast infection.
I couldn’t wait for my appointment since I felt like some sizzling sensation on my labia, so today I went to the ER told them exactly what happened, they did some blood test, my urine and some swabs around my cervix which she said it seemed healthy but not samples of my blisters. The Doctor sent me to the rape treatment center and said that if the result come back positive is cause I probably already have any disease or infections since I waited almost two weeks to get checked. She also did some labs for BV, VP and trichomonasis, for now I was prescribes acyclovir for now and continue with the desitin and aquaphor for the rest. I wasn’t tested for herpes since she claimed that the results are really unreliable. I would still like to know if i have herpes or antibodies from it just to know.
when I got home I showered with an antiseptic soap she gave me then checked thats when I noticed that my vagina looked like this
but she didn’t prescribed any cream for it. I can feel like palpitations from the labia where I have the big spot, you know the feeling of a little bug walking on you.
I will update probably tomorrow or thursday that I get my results.
I’m so glad you went today. Blood test are less reliable than swabs but are a good baseline. I don’t think what you have going on is herpes looks more like yeast.
I really hope my tests come back negative and that is just an infection that got out of control. I started my pills today. Thank you so much for being here for me I will update later
acyclovir is an anti viral to treat herpes outbreaks i dont understand why doctors wouldntt test you for herpes yet give you this treatment. I would go for a second opionion and have them swabbed you have the right to no if you have it or not. sorry your dealing with it i no your pain.
