hello, I've had IBS for many years but I had an incident last night that was abnormal. usually if I eat something that upsets my stomach, I can expect to be on the toilet for an hour trying to get everything out. Lately I've been vomiting along with my diarrhea. Last night I had vomited and noticed long brown oval shaped sac that came up with my vomit. I had poked one open and there was a sand like substance inside. I had gone to the er but no testing was done, I was written off as IBS. I was just looking to see if anyone had had this before or if there is a medical professional that knows what came up in my vomit. any help is appreciated. thanks
