Can anybody tell me the permanent IBS Cure?
There is no known cure for IBS, only medication to help control it along with diet changes. I've dealt with it for 20+ years.
There are remedies that can ease the situation but no permanent cure. Watch out for scam products that tell you otherwise.
There is no permanent cure. Antispasmodics, anxiety control and sometimes diet change help to manage it, That’s the best you can hope for. IBS is chronic.

Everyone handles it differently. Certain diets and medications may help someone, but not another person. There is an IBS Treatment Center in Seattle that helps people treat their IBS (but not cure it).
No stressing stress makes it worse and watch what you eat and take a good probiotic I take vsl 3 I haven’t had ibs since last October I set boundaries so I’m not overwhelmed I stop eating food that trigger ibs and I take a probiotic and when I was in pain I used a heating pad on my stomach that’s a life saver praying you feel better
Hi Rusty and Karen, may i ask what are all the symptoms of IBS you have? Was it IBS-D?
