Does anyone know if it’s possoble to get IBS from taking Naproxen?
I had a problem with naproxen setting off my IBS. I think any anti-inflammatory can irritate the digestive system. I had to come off of Naproxen for my knee pain. It also made my ankles swell which then ran my BP up while taking it. It was really helping with the pain, but I just couldn’t keep taking it. My doctor has prescribed a different anti-inflammatory now that is not as hard on my digestion. I would talk to your doctor about it.
