Hi all, can anyone suggest some good pain relief for IBS pain/cramps?

Hi, Enteric coated peppermint oil capsules might help.

I take Colofac twice a day but don't find it that helpful. I get that on prescription. Buscopan is helpful for pain but only in limited quantities or you get comstipated
