ive had bouts of ibs , few and far between for 20 years. last yeari had a bout of diverticulosis, never had it before, antibiotics sorted it. i watch my diet. caffeine free, dairy free, low fat etc. last weeks had a uti which they treated, came back clear. bit of urinary frequency left. now lower left pelvic ache arrived, panadol seems to sort it but wondered if anyone here thinks its a flare of ibs or related to bladder. no weight loss. bit bloated . i suffer from anxiety in the main. any thoughts please.
