You really can't get hiv that way.
This situation that has made you concerned has forced you to confront an issue all humans deal with. The issue is the "continuous comentary/story that runs in our heads" but no where else.
Granted, you did something that could cause an ongoing problem. But, no you have been tested and found to be negative. If you had been exposed to HIV your would have know by now.
But the lesson, here, is that all humans have brains that are overstimulated by our devices and that we have a lot of stories the bubble up that have NO reality to the present moment.
Some of the stories are: "Will I make it to retirement?" "Will I be happy with this partner?" "I'll be happy with I win 10 billion dollars." "I'll be happy when I travel to this place?", etc.
Whether you get over this HIV situatino or not your brain is going to take off like wild horses going in every direction imaginable.
Many hospitals, other places and online offer programs on "Awareness". Check out "10% Happier (app). The informaition is all similar but a class helps you develop skills to control a brain that is anywhere but in the present moment. Read or listen to Youtube videos of Eckart Tolle. A little dry but very informative on how to stay in the present moment call the NOW. What else have you.
A question you might want to ask yourself when your brain kicks into high gear in the wrong direction is, "what is the problem NOW?" Chances are the problem is something your brain has made up in a future experience that has not happened and probably never will.
Respond to this if you would like to discuss this more. Just curious: How old are you?
Thank you for ur insight im 35 already
Getting symptoms of HIV 8 weeks after exposure
On the 15th of April this year while having sex with a female of unknown status the condom broke but we continued. After we done I checked up google for symptoms of HIV so I could monitor myself. Everything felt okay until 27th of May, approximately 7 weeks later. I noticed I couple of unusual rashes like the ones described on the internet. I counted about just 12 of them just 3 on each arms and legs. The rashes went away after 4 days and came back after 1 week. Now this is the 9th week after my exposure and I'm getting these rashes much more than they were initially. But they don't stay more than 4-6 days, and don't itch.
Is it possible to be HIV positive cus all the sites from Google claim the rashes only appears around 2-4 weeks after, not 7-9 weeks like mine. Though I tested negative on the 4th of June but that was for fancy cuz I know about the window period.
I think you can relax. Oral sex is very low risk in respect of HIV anyway. If you were showing negative after 8 weeks then you're in the clear. if it would make you feel happier then another test at 12 weeks might set your mind at rest but I think it will be unnecessary.
However, if you're going to suffer in this way whenever you have what you regard as unsafe sexual contact then you need to think very carefully about you feel comfortable with and stick to it.
I alreafy test after 12 weeks and its negative should i retest on a 6 month coz im kindda. Confuse with the 3 months window period and 6 months time frame
