i recent did a self check of me because ive been feeling a slight throbbing pain in my penis head that comes and goes randomly. i recently got a full std/hiv tests done. i looked and saw two purple/whiteish bumps towards the back of my penis head. not sure what these are if anyone can help me please.

theyre purple around the base and white at the top
do they hurts when you are touching them?
not really no. that general area will hurt on its own
is there any other area on your penis that you have something like that?
no just those two bumps
