Yes is the answer. If you are thinking or worrying enough about a part of your body eventually you will feel pain or discomfort in that part. This happens to me often.
Yes it does. When I think about something too much or worry, that part of my body hurts. Try to find things to do to keep your mind off things
sometimes it does, sometimes it doesn't. Just don't worry about your stomach. Everything will gonna be okay.
