I'm new here, and I have been recently diagnosed with IIH. Doctors are telling me with weight loss I can get rid of IIH. How ever, I also have PCOS and I was wondering if any other women have both and how have they been able to keep the weight off with PCOS? How has your experience been with having both?
Hi, I'm sorry to hear that you now have IIH too. People with PCOS are carbohydrate intolerant/insulin resistant. So cutting right down on carbohydrates and sugar will definitely help you to lose weight.
