u should visit ur doctors for treatment to be sure that is wat it is if u wash ur penis with soap you need to stop an just use water creams like clotrimazole and canesten will get rid if it but again u should see a doctor to b sure that yeast is the cause because if it is not the cause applying creams an such may make the problem worse
