Nothing to worry about. The ‘weird bumps’ on the left vulva are Fordyce spots, which are collections of sebaceous (grease) glands. If you examine yourself carefully, you will probably see a similar area on the opposite vulva.

No treatment is necessary despite what people say. Getting a sexual health check is always a good idea if you’re dating a new partner, but Fordyce spots are not a sexually-transmitted condition.
