I also noticed that skin under head went a little white. Around this bumps on head skin is little red when erect. Just curious if this is normal.
The bumps are normal - they are likely to be a combination of Pearly Penile Papules and Fordyce Spots
Redness can simply be natural, or, linked to irritation that is regularly present.
For most men this is simply regularly use of soap and other forms of body wash such as shower gel.
Irregular use of particular soaps and shower gels, for example, can seem to create a greater level of redness, some do have a greater irritant factor, but also this can be further worsened by masturbation and / or sex as simply both of these create an additional friction issue for penile skin of the foreskin and glans / head to contend with.
Wash with water only, prevent all forms of body wash getting onto the head of your penis by drawing the foreskin as far forward as you can before taking a shower, expose once you have washed and rinsed the rest of your body in the shower, then, expose the head of your penis and wash with warm, NEVER hot running shower water using your fingertips and inside of your hand to rub clean.
Make sure to FULLY dry the head and foreskin after every time your wash your penis or take a shower
